Terms
- Minimum commitment: 3 months to enter any plan. One quarter satisfies the minimum for the Quarterly Plan.
- First month or first quarter is due at signing. Prepaid plans require full payment upfront for the discounted rate.
- Rescheduling an individual session requires 48 hours' written notice.
- Rollover: 1 session/quarter on the Monthly Plan, 1 session/year on the Quarterly Plan. Rollovers must be used within the current plan term.
- Month-to-Month and Quarter-to-Quarter plans may be canceled anytime with 30 days' written notice, once the minimum commitment is satisfied.
- Images from completed sessions are yours to keep. Prepaid funds for unused sessions are non-refundable.
- Prepaid plans lock your rate for the full term, even if prices increase later.
- Annual plans auto-renew unless 30 days' written notice is given before the renewal date.
- Additional session time is billed at the standard rate ($75 per 15-minute increment), no retainer discount applies to extras.
Organic use licensing (website, unpaid social, internal marketing) is included with every session. Paid advertising, print, and packaging licensing are billed separately per standard rate card.

How many outfit changes can I bring?
The Essentials Session (20 minutes) is built around one look.
The Signature Session (60 minutes) includes one full outfit change.
The Story Session (120 minutes) allows for multiple outfit looks and works best if you want real range across headshots, lifestyle shots, and location-based images.
Can we shoot at more than one location?
Yes, for the Story Session.
The Story Session is up to 120-minutes and is designed for location shifts, so we can move between 2-3 settings if that fits your brand.
The Essentials and Signature Sessions are built around a single location to keep the guided, focused pace.
How many images will I actually get?
The Essentials Session delivers 5-8 curated images, the Signature Session delivers 15-20, and the Story Session delivers 25-35. All images are hand-selected and lightly retouched before delivery.
Which session should I book if I'm not sure? Do you have a question?
If you need a quick refresh for LinkedIn or your website, the Essentials Session covers it. If you want variety across a few different uses (website, social, press), the Signature Session is the most popular choice. If you're rebranding, launching, or need a full library of content, the Story Session gives you the most range.
How soon will I receive my photos?
Your curated gallery is delivered within 2 weeks of your session, ready to download and use immediately, and a wide variety of print options are available directly from your online gallery.
